These Terms of Service govern your use of https://leomoverspackers.com and any packing, moving, transport or warehousing service booked with Leo Movers Packers ("we", "us"). By requesting a quote or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes provided over phone, WhatsApp or our website are estimates based on the information you share and are subject to confirmation after a site survey or complete inventory review.
• Final charges may vary if the actual volume, distance, floor access or services required differ from what was originally described.
• All applicable charges will be communicated to you before work begins.

Booking & Scheduling

Bookings are confirmed once move details, date and pricing are agreed upon. We recommend booking in advance, especially for long-distance and office moves, to secure your preferred date.

Customer Responsibilities

• Accurately disclose the nature of items being moved, including fragile, valuable or hazardous goods.
• Ensure someone authorised is present at pickup and delivery to inspect and confirm goods.
• Settle payments as per the agreed terms at the time of booking.

Liability & Claims

We take reasonable and professional care in packing, handling and transporting your goods. Any damage claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence, so we can review and process them fairly under the applicable insurance cover.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a booking by informing us as early as possible. Cancellations made with very short notice before a scheduled move may be subject to a nominal charge to cover crew and vehicle arrangements already made.

Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous, illegal, perishable or highly flammable materials. Please inform us in advance if you are uncertain whether an item qualifies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
